 All sales picked up in the physical store location are final. No returns or exchanges.  Exceptions will only be valid if printed on receipt.

At the moment, All shipped items are not returnable, unless lost or damaged in shipping. We will be updating this policy in the near future. So please ask all your product detail questions before placing your order.
